State Licensed Jumbo Mortgage Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jumbo/Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter to work with their Wholesale Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Jumbo/Non-QM loans to investor guidelines
• Communicate regularly with Brokers and/or Processors regarding loan status
• Maintain current knowledge of products and assist with training other mortgage positions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of specific underwriting experience with Jumbo and Non-QM loans
• Must have recently been underwriting Jumbo and Non-QM loans to investor guidelines
• FHA and/or VA designations are a plus
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
