Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Social Responsibility to design, launch, and scale a modern, high-impact CSR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own a forward-looking CSR strategy aligned with company values and business priorities
• Design and launch scalable global programs for employee volunteering, charitable giving, and community engagement
• Create data-driven frameworks to track and evaluate program effectiveness and lead ESG disclosures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in CSR, ESG, sustainability, or social impact
• Proven track record of building and scaling CSR or ESG programs
• Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability best practices and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team
