Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Worker's Compensation Litigated Claim Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate claim details to determine compensability and total value, adjusting reserves as necessary
  • Initiate investigations and coordinate with defense counsel for litigation claims
  • Manage timely indemnity payments and maintain accurate state filings and medical bill approvals


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lost Time/Legal claims handling; preferred 5+ years
  • Possession of FL-All Lines Adjuster or Workers' Compensation License with maintained CEU credits
  • Experience in settling claims and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and independent with strong initiative and follow-through
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
