Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPC HUD ESA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and conduct final assessments of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with HUD and ASTM standards
• Collaborate with HUD and lenders to address issues in environmental reports and assist with service solicitations
• Supervise and mentor junior team members while leading the HUD environmental group

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs per HUD and/or ASTM E1527
• Preferred current Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist license, or relevant state certifications
• Certifications for US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP are preferred
• Specific licenses or certifications may be required based on location and local regulations
