Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Implementation Managers to ensure efficient customer service and assess employee performance
• Define objectives and evaluate trends to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
• Organize team training needs and troubleshoot issues in the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of 5 or more
• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company or school/district
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Extensive experience in leveraging technology for implementation support
