A company is looking for a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Early Case Evaluation attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial factual investigations into new litigation matters, including document collection and review
• Draft answers, corporate disclosure statements, and prepare Early Case Evaluations with strategic recommendations
• Provide analysis to support case teams in transitioning into discovery and subsequent case phases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience with full case lifecycle responsibility
• Active bar license in the state of residence
• Ability to provide appropriate valuations of employment law cases
• Experience in discerning practical options for effective defense in employment-related claims
