Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate or contract law
• Bar admission
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) is highly desired
• Familiarity with trademark enforcement is a plus
• Strong communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to non-attorneys
