Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations and ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and audit bi-weekly payrolls for employees across multiple FEINs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to payroll taxes from tax agencies and employees

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll experience with a strong understanding of multi-state tax compliance
• Experience processing payroll for multiple FEINs and complex pay structures
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Experience with payroll software systems and Excel
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred but not required
