Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scheduling Associate who will work remotely to support nursing units by managing staffing and scheduling adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and discuss staffing levels with management to ensure quality patient care
• Generate and review 24-hour staffing projections and seek coverage for shifts
• Utilize multiple computer systems to communicate staffing needs and document schedule changes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with two years of customer service experience, or an Associate's Degree with one year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and database software
• Ability to complete required training
• Manual dexterity for data entry and ability to sit for long periods
• Articulate speech for effective communication via telephone
