Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding the RxLink medication affordability program through various communication channels
• Assist patients with understanding discount offers, troubleshooting card usage problems, and maximizing savings on prescriptions
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records while escalating complex issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in patient service, particularly in healthcare or pharmacy-related roles, is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and phone systems
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and discount card programs is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
