Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting automation, workflow tools, and ERP systems
• Conduct monthly bank, account, and general ledger reconciliations
• Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to management for decision-making

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience
• Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience using generative AI in accounting or finance to optimize workflows
