Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (TX/ID/NV).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS
• Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• High School Diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center (preferred)
