Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or a contact center
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly in both Spanish and English
• Proficient in using current technology and software applications related to the position
• Must be able to support customers in both designated primary languages (Spanish and/or English)
