Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement: Creat the social media community and foster and maintain relationships by addressing inquiries and providing emotional support.
• Content Creation: Develop and share educational videos, posts, tips, and stories to guide and inform our community.
• Feedback Collection: Gather the suitable KOL and feedback from peolple to contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, specifically with Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
• Exceptional social media video shooting, editing and writing skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and grow online communities.
• Basic understanding of healthcare or medical products is needed.
