Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a roadmap for affiliate expansion into emerging audiences and new product categories
• Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of high-impact affiliate partners
• Launch and scale affiliate-driven pilots for new products or services while ensuring regulatory alignment

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or strategic partnerships
• Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in optimizing ROI and managing performance metrics
• Experience launching and scaling new programs or products through affiliate channels
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
