We're looking for students to join our Co-op Program that are excited about making the world more secure by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

As a Co-Op at Snyk, you’ll get hands on experience in your field of study. You will work as part of the team to help us dominate the Developer Security world and help bring value to our customers. We’re focused on giving students an enriching professional experience through cross-functional exposure within a global context. You’ll get the opportunity to meet colleagues from different backgrounds and geological areas, gain valuable professional development and have some fun along the way!

What is the role?💡

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and organized individual to support our People Team in a broad spectrum of projects designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the entire People function. Your work will help the team operate better, and provide employees and managers around the world with an enhanced set of experiences!

 

As a People Co-op, you will have the opportunity to help design learning programs for Snykers, experience how an enterprise organization supports its global population, learn the ins and outs of program management, and how to create the best experience for Snykers.

 

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Collaborating with our Senior members of the People team to build programs for Sneakers
  • Working hands-on with our Learning Management Systems and E-Learning materials and collateral 
  • Collaborating with our Workplace Experience team to host in office engagement events and socials
  • Assisting with delivering content and presenting to Snykers, and managing vendor relationships

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Are interested in exploring a role in human resources at a global company
  • Prior experience with program or event design & planning
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Customer-oriented mindset, and passionate about creating great experiences for current Snykers 
  • Creative and proactive problem-solver, and not afraid to test new ideas 
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
