Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Contracts Administrator to join our team in Tampa, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering various contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation using contract management software
  • Monitor contract milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates to ensure timely action
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation
  • Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks
  • Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all contract-related activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or related field
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and legal terminology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Contract Management certification (e.g., CCCM or CCMA) preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
