Site of Care Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site of Care Support Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate inbound Site of Care referrals for infusion patients
• Process incoming referrals and maintain accurate documentation in CRM
• Communicate with internal and external partners, including physician's offices, and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Self-motivated with proven organizational and time management skills
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is preferred
• Knowledge of medical/pharmacy claims is a plus
