Plumbing Sales Rep Success Metrics:
At Sullivan Super Service, success isn't just measured in numbers – it's measured in impact, in relationships, and in the difference we make in the lives of our customers. As a Plumbing Sales Rep, your success will be defined by:
Sales Revenue: Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients/home owners.
Close Rate: Convert incoming inquiries into booked appointments and sales leads, maximizing opportunities to drive business growth.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of advanced camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools, ensuring accurate inspections and effective solutions for customers. Underground drainage knowledge (ie: how they work, how they are maintained and how/why they fail) and Understanding of traditional plumbing sewer excavation, sewer relining, pipebursting and hydrojetting is paramount to success in this role.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities to ensure timely and successful closure.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with installation technicians and other team members to coordinate service delivery, address customer needs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and professional development to enhance service offerings and drive customer value.
