What You’ll Do
  • As a BDR at Cyvl, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects. Your primary mission? Book meetings with high-value decision-makers for our sales team.
  • Prospect & Engage – Research and connect with key decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, and transportation agencies.
  • Lead Qualification – Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges and position Cyvl as the solution.
  • Appointment Setting – Secure high-quality sales meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach – Leverage phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative strategies to generate interest.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain and track outreach efforts in our CRM, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Path to Closing Role – Gain exposure to the full sales cycle, with a clear track to an Account Executive role within 3-6 months based on performance.


What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR – You’ve been trained, you understand outbound sales, and you know how to book meetings.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets – You’ve done this before, and you’re ready to take your skills to the next level.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills – You know how to spark curiosity, handle objections, and keep conversations engaging.
  • Self-motivated & highly organized – You thrive in a results-driven environment and can manage multiple prospects effectively.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A passion for innovation & AI – You’re excited about how technology can revolutionize infrastructure management.
  • Ambition to Close Deals – You’re looking for a company that will invest in your growth and give you the opportunity to move into a closing role quickly.
