Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM expertise for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow applications, including ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
• Conduct workshops, demos, and user story development
• Advise on best practices for ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Essential experience with ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, and ITOM certification required
• Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles
• Ability to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) in a remote setting
