Senior SAP Service Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant for a remote contracted position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in SAP Service Management, including warranty and service order processes
• Configure SM modules and manage customer service master data
• Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and writing functional specifications

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in SAP Service Management
• Experience with IDoc setup and interface management
• Knowledge of Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
• Ability to provide both conceptual and detailed design
• Order to Cash (OTC) experience is a plus
