A company is looking for an Application Review & Support Specialist to assist with a Homeowner Relief program in Cook County, Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough application reviews, validating documents and flagging issues to ensure compliance
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to collaborate on applicant issues and improve support processes
• Respond to customer support inquiries and troubleshoot applicant issues during the application and payment processes

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks autonomously in high-volume settings
• Quick analytical thinking to assess document validity and identify potential fraud
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (training provided)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory
• Available to work 25-40 hours per week during the program period
