Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager, Public Sector (Penetration Testing).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing the technical health of a portfolio of accounts
• Guide customers in leveraging advanced features of the platform for deep adoption
• Build trust-based relationships and act as a technical advisor on security strategies

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management or Cybersecurity Consulting
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk frameworks
• Proven ability to manage customer portfolios effectively
• Experience with Public Sector clients is a strong plus
