Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) to maximize revenue growth
• Manage renewals by proactively engaging with customers for timely contract renewals
• Identify expansion opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that align with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management within a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of driving renewals and upsell revenue
• Experience working with Salesforce and Stripe
• Direct revenue closing experience (renewals, cross-sell/upsell, or new business)
• Ability to analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities
