Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Operations Senior Manager to lead its corporate tax function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual income tax provision process, including calculations and financial statement disclosures
• Manage federal and multi-state corporate income tax returns and oversee tax audits and compliance obligations
• Design and implement scalable tax processes and internal controls, while advising on tax implications of business activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, preferably with a combination of public accounting and industry experience
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP ASC 740
• Proven experience managing corporate income tax compliance for complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes in a fast-paced environment
