Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Default Loan Servicing Specialist - Post-Sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Service mortgage accounts to ensure post-sale assets are accurately dispositioned in compliance with laws and guidelines
• Manage the disposition of post-sale loans within regulatory timelines and oversee title and vesting processes
• Document asset management systems and monitor trends or risks associated with the portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Post-Sale Marketable Title, FHA Conveyance management, and REO disposition
• Thorough knowledge of FHA Conveyance requirements and mortgage servicing
• Experience with MSP, LoanSphere, Yardi (P260), and FHA Connection
• Ability to research issues and obtain necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
