Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant II to join their Corporate Accounting team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support core accounting functions, including general ledger close and reporting processes
• Drive month-end close activities and ensure accuracy through reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Serve as a key point of contact during audits and assist in developing accounting processes for growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2-4+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with ERP and reporting systems, specifically Oracle/Netsuite
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures
• Strong Excel skills, including data consolidation and advanced formulas
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
