Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring and support for various platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor environments, applications, platforms, and infrastructures across Mainframe and Cloud-based systems
• Manage incidents and outages, including troubleshooting, vendor engagement, and communication
• Create documentation and maintain the Platform Support Services Knowledge database

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Data Center Operations (DCO)/Network Operations Control (NOC) support
• Knowledge of enterprise-wide support for cloud and on-premises systems
• Proficiency in Linux shell commands and job scheduling tools
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing applications
• Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools and BMC Mainframe tools
