Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Support & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research commission inquiries and support tickets within established timeframes
• Communicate with the sales team to resolve issues and provide updates
• Monitor team processing calendar to ensure timely completion of assignments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in compensation analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to conduct audits and ensure data integrity
• Experience in providing mentorship and support to team members
