Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits
• Experience in large enterprise client success, account management, or consulting
• Experience in sales and/or strategy focused on best-fit win strategies
• Experience in a high growth, fast-changing environment
• Ability to travel (~15%)
