Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on the platform and a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales to identify business processes, opportunities, and risks through in-depth discovery
• Participate in product demonstrations and ensure effective communication of customer needs to onboarding and implementation teams

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting
• Ability to translate customer use cases and business goals into scalable, value-based solutions
• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging demonstrations
