Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer - W2 Role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Cloud solutions
  • Design and implement Service Cloud configurations including Cases, Queues, and Omnichannel setups
  • Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and provide user training and support
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications (required or in progress)
  • Strong understanding of case lifecycle and support processes
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation
  • Experience with customer service tools like telephony/CTI and chatbots
