Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support and optimize their customer-facing website.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for website production issues and ensure timely resolution
• Identify trends in production issues and user feedback to recommend website improvements
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on website capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Five to eight years of experience in customer experience, digital support, or product support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to triage issues effectively
• Data literacy to interpret usage trends and recommend actions
• Familiarity with annuity or insurance products is preferred
