Senior Manager, Strategic Renewals

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise and Strategic Renewals to lead a team focused on customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with strategic customer renewals and serve as an executive escalation point
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to align on account health and strategies
  • Continuously improve renewal strategies through analysis, tooling, and process refinement
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote teams
  • Experience in renewal negotiations with large enterprises and Fortune 500 accounts
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and guide decisions
  • Proficient in Salesforce and renewal operations best practices
