Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager - Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the launch of pet insurance benefits and ensure client satisfaction post-sale
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Serve as the primary contact for client account management and assist with onboarding and training

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or a related field
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must possess or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
• Ability to mentor and guide others as needed
• Experience in leading and managing unique responsibilities with minimal oversight
