Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success Team for complex technical implementations
  • Develop and oversee team metrics related to customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical software delivery role with 3+ years in management
  • Post-secondary education in a technical program, business administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in resource management, financial oversight, and contract/SOW creation
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly in software and technology implementations
  • Experience with healthcare technology and familiarity with healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) preferred
