Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operations excellence through process improvement, root cause analysis, and compliance validation
• Manage vendor accountability including contracting, management, and invoice approvals
• Oversee vendor operations, ensuring SLA adherence and conducting formal root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct Coordination of Benefits experience
• 5+ years in formal analysis, including structured problem solving
• 5+ years of experience in root cause analysis and cost benefit analysis
• Knowledge of NAIC and Medicare guidelines
• Proven ability to lead E2E implementations using the DMAIC process
