Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Administrator for CAPEX Pharmaceutical Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple capital project workstreams, focusing on documentation control and milestone monitoring
• Maintain and organize project files, including design documentation, meeting notes, and schedule trackers
• Assist with the coordination of project team meetings and track deliverables using various project management tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role within capital project environments
• Strong understanding of CAPEX workflows in GMP-regulated industries like pharmaceutical or biotech
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other project collaboration tools
• Proven ability to manage and track high volumes of documentation in an organized manner
• Self-directed and proactive, capable of thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced project setting
