Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management Office (Service Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Service Ops intake and portfolio engine to prioritize initiatives
• Lead flagship programs and delegate initiatives to the program management team
• Design governance structures for portfolio visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, particularly in a PMO service-ops environment
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership across time zones
• Experience with complex, multi-departmental initiatives that improved operational KPIs
• Proficiency in governance, including building dashboards and running steering meetings
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
