Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, milestones, and client communications while maintaining detailed project plans
• Conduct business/system analysis, create documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Support the Implementation Director in managing projects, updating planning boards, and ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in project/implementation management and client-facing roles
• Proactive attitude with open availability and quick response capabilities
• Ability to adapt to constant shifts in priorities and execute tasks rapidly
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
