Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts and gain client acceptance
• Collaborate with teams to develop new tools and processes for audit production
• Oversee quality control and prepare responses to client disputes regarding claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare
• Experience with Datameer and SQL preferred, along with Medicaid knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases required
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance in auditing
• Prior experience in healthcare billing and claims is desired
