Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst II to perform Quality Assurance reviews and provide feedback on departmental processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains Quality procedural documentation and repositories
• Analyzes QA review results and provides feedback on root causes and operational improvement opportunities
• Participates in and leads small to medium scope operational improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of quality assurance or auditing standards and techniques
• Basic knowledge of process analysis and customer service improvement
• Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills in MS Access or MS Excel
• Professional certification preferred: CIA, CPA, ASQ or LEAN/Six Sigma
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-4 years of experience
