Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define all aspects of the Specialization program, including requirements and key performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned on partner program goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management for enterprise solutions
• Experience designing and building partner programs for various partner types such as Carriers and Managed Service Providers
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
• Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies
