RPA Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage multiple agile teams to ensure effective project delivery
• Develop and maintain agile-based SDLC standards, tools, and best practices for software development
• Identify and remove impediments to support the team's ability to achieve sprint goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
• Background in developing automation solutions with knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in agile methodologies
• Agile certifications are preferred
