Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join their Finance and Regulatory Reporting team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-priority technical projects from concept through final implementation using Agile methodologies
• Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders
• Foster a healthy team culture and lead cross-functional team members towards common outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience with multiple Agile teams
• Scrum Master Certification required
• Experience with technology implementations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
