Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member Advocate to support clients with Health Spending Account inquiries and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries
• Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs and document call details
• Ensure compliance in processing transactions and take accountability for the entire process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
• 5+ years of experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
• Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
