Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher
• 3+ years of work experience in healthcare, caregiving, or customer service/administrative roles
• Experience in specialized areas such as senior living, medical research, mental health, or in-home support is preferred
• Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about tools like AI
