Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who will manage and optimize email marketing and automation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, event promotion, and customer communications
• Set up and monitor marketing automation workflows and ensure data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to improve email campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Strong understanding of email best practices, including deliverability and segmentation
• Experience with webinar and virtual event registration processes
• Proficiency in HTML and Excel, and familiarity with B2B SaaS buyer journeys
