A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to lead paid media strategy for digital streaming products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead paid media strategy for Growth Products, aligning with acquisition goals and product positioning
• Manage agency and internal teams across various digital channels and optimize key performance metrics
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles with direct media ownership
• Proven success in scaling subscription-based or digital-first products, ideally within SVOD or streaming
• Deep expertise in paid digital channels, media mix modeling, and measurement frameworks
• Experience managing agencies or channel-specific internal experts
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy, test-and-learn environments
